This Privacy Policy explains how Patri, LLC and its affiliated brands, products, or companies (collectively, “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your information. This policy applies to Patri, LLC's websites, products, and services found on gopatri.com and subsidiary websites.  This notice may be amended or updated from time to time. I.  Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, purchase processes, or other direct contact from you. 

Patri does not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. All data is stored and processed with commercially reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and interception of information by third parties. Patri holds its physical hosting facilities to these same standards. Because the internet is an open system, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If we engage a third-party processor to process your personal data for any legitimate business purpose, the processor will be subject to binding contractual obligations to: only process the personal data in accordance with our prior written instructions; and use measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the personal data; together with any additional requirements under applicable law. Patri never collects or processes any sensitive personal data, as defined by the Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Registration and Data Collection

In order to use portions of these websites, including Patri’s online tools, training, and select blog content, a user must complete a registration form and provide data about themself and their company. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest and to gauge how to best assist your company with our services.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name and phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, billing address, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Sharing

We may share aggregated information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use an online application to fulfill orders, and a secure credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

II.  Patri Products

Patri provides software, online and on-site training, best practice content, and other tools to help companies navigate complex public sector, international, and commercial markets. Online training materials, library content, proprietary, and contracted software, and other solutions may require the collection of information from customers. The Patri platform includes an online opportunity qualification solution and training videos to help companies make more informed bid/no-bid decisions and refine go-to-market skills. Users securely access this tool through an internet browser, also accessible via mobile devices. The performance of these online tools depends largely on the quality of the internet connection. Data collected using the software are stored in a secure data center. Patri employees do not actively view customer data and access to customer accounts requires consent by the end-user. Customers are provided with secure online access to the Platform and are solely responsible for the data they enter therein and with whom they share the information generated. Patri's online content Library is an online compilation of proprietary articles showcasing insights for public sector and international sales and marketing professionals. 

III. Data Retention and Erasure

We take every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data are only retained for as long as they are needed in connection with a lawful purpose, at which time we will either (i) permanently delete or destroy the relevant personal data or (ii) anonymize the relevant personal data. You have many rights relating to your personal data that we store and process, including:

As has been outlined herein, Patri complies with all GDPR requirements and values these regulations as important frameworks for establishing data privacy. Patri adheres to GDPR requirements and applies the same practices to all personal data captured on behalf of all users globally.

After you unsubscribe, we will no longer contact you. In the event that another client legitimately provides us your personal data and requests we contact you, we will do so. To permanently opt out of all communication and invitations from Patri, across all current and future Patri clients, you may submit your request to security@gopatri.com.com at any time. You will receive confirmation, reasonably promptly, that you have been successfully opted out of all future communications from us.
