Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Patri Products

Patri provides software, online and on site training, content and other tools to help companies navigate complex public sector, international, and commercial markets. Online training materials, library content, proprietary and contracted software, and other solutions may require the collection of information from customers. The Patri platform includes an online RFP qualification solution, training, community or network, and analytics solution to help companies make more informed bid/no bid decisions and refine sales skills. Users access this tool through an internet browser, also accessible via mobile devices. Performance of these online tools depends largely on quality of internet connection. Data collected using the software are stored in a secure data center. Patri employees do not actively view customer data and access to customer accounts requires consent by the end-user. Customers are provided with secure online access to the tool and are solely responsible for the data they enter therein and with whom they share the information generated. Patri's Experience Library is an online compilation of proprietary articles showcasing insights for public sector and international sales and marketing professionals. Patri’s Network is an online community where professionals in various roles focusing on the global public sector market can connect, share best practices, promote career opportunities, and learn from one another. Members can use this community to share best practices for engaging with the public sector. It is appropriate to share tips, content, jobs, market intel, and tools that help fellow users. It is not appropriate to post or share negative information about competitors, promote illegal or questionable business practices, post any information that disparages the public sector or its employees, or act in any manner of hostility to other users. Violators will be removed from the Network and will not be refunded.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our websites to:

In order to use portions of these websites, including Patri’s online tools, training and select blog content, a user must complete a registration form and provide data about themself and their company. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest and to gauge how to best assist your company with our services.

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name and phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, billing address, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
